Pricing

  • Deposit: $100/per animal (All Wild Game)
  • Skinning Fees*:
    • $40/ea < 200 lbs
    • Caping for Mount - $65/each
    • Wild Hog Skinning - $65/ each
    • Wild Hog Caping - $65/each
  • Processing:
    • 2 Hind, 2 Shoulder, 2 Tenders, 2 Backstraps - $89
      • Includes deboning and vacuum packing all products with 20lb max of ground hamburger/chili meat. Tenders will be packaged whole unless told otherwise. Price does not include any skinning or caping fees.
      • Bacon Wrap Backstrap  - $35/per backstrap
  • Additional Processing:
    • Hamburger/Chili - $1.99/lb over 20 lbs
      • Add Beef (Ground Only) - $4.00/lb
      • Add Pork (Ground Only) - $3.00/lb
    • Fresh Cuts (Custom) - $2.00/lb
    • Ground Wild Hog - $2.00/lb
  • Raw Sausage - 25# Minimum
    • Pan Sausage - $4.00/lb
    • Bratwurst - $4.50/lb
  • Smoked Sausage - 25# Minimum
    • Smoked 4:1 - $4.00/lb
    • Summer Sausage - $5.00/lb
    • Breakfast - $4.00/lb
  • Dried Products - 25# minimum:
    • Dried Sausage - $9.00/lb
    • Snack Sticks - $7.00/lb
    • Jerky - $9.00/lb
  • Storage - $5/ per day after 5 days
